About the book:

"I was not born among these myriads of the light bell-sounding English words. But living with them many years, I really feel touch, a brush, the music of them in my writing. Graphically all these sounding words consist of the sign-letters - they are embryos of the words. And I'd like to compare the word's letter with the simplest geometrical form - "Square" as a part of two-dimension endless space or - the painting flat, canvas in the revolutionary art concept of Russian artist Kazimir Malevich who invent "The Square" - "The Black Square" as an element of life in his "Suprematism" like French Georges Seurat used the "Point" for his "Pointillism". I thought about it when wrote these poems & came to the Art Gallery of Ontario, where in vain I looked for the traces of Russian avante-garde. But I found the biggest in the world Henry Moore sculptures' collection. It was a pleasant discovery because I visited his studio in England in my youth. I became a friend of the Gallery."
